Fees:
I require that patients pay me directly out of pocket as I don't accept health
insurance. This enables me to spend less time worrying about paperwork, and more time taking care of patients.
I can give you a receipt which may allow you to be reimbursed by your insurance. Not all insurances will reimburse
patients for seeing me, and you may need to call your plan's customer service number and give them your individual
contract number to see if this is possible.
I charge:
New patient appointments:
(2 hours): $300
50 minute appointments (therapy sessions): $150
25 minute follow-up appointments: $100
Missed/canceled appointments:

charge 1/2 my fee for missed appointments without 24 hours weekday notice, in other words if your appointment is on Monday
at 10am, please call me by that previous Friday at 10am to let me know. Charging for a missed appointment is simply
a way to ensure that both doctor and patient are able to continue with a mutually beneficial relationship.
